The lodge managers were responsive and efficient. The setting and facilities were beautiful. Despite being the smallest in the group, the lodge maintained high standards and upheld the corporate philosophy. The location was great, just 10 minutes outside of town and with outstanding views. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and provided a private and stunning view of the lake and mountains. The staff were numerous and attentive.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the city and situated right by a stunning lake amidst scenic natural surroundings. Additionally, we were impressed by the hotel facilities and the cleanliness standards which were well-maintained.

What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service provided by Arsen. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable lunch, even letting us use the spa and sauna afterwards. Arsen's dedication to customer service was truly remarkable. this dining experience was the perfect finale to our holiday and engagement.

Located just a short drive from town, this accommodation offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and lake from both the room and the library. The spacious rooms have all the amenities one could ask for, including a luxurious view-filled bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The staff is attentive and always ready to help, making the stay truly comfortable. Take a stroll along some of the nearby hiking trails or enjoy a book while taking in the breathtaking scenery in the library.
